i'm home.

and finding that squamorse is setting in early for me, last year it didn't happen until about a week after re-entry.  but as i process all of the goodness that this last week has held for me, i'm finding that it was the little moments strung together that are making the greatest impression on me.  like constellations in the vast universe: the conversations, the twinkling eyes of someone who knows, the hugs of encouragement, the insights and techniques discovered in class, the laughter around a fire... all string together to make something incredibly good.

and as jen illustrates here, squam is so much about beauty in overwhelming numbers. each a shining star of happiness on her own, but when combined together with other shining stars it becomes an intricate web of beauty and goodness.
