April 22, 2009 at 10:54 PM when i told the kids it was earth day today they were beyond elated. you would have thought it was their own birthday or christmas or BOTH! E immediately knew that we needed to take an earth walk and pick up all the trash we could find. we came home and sorted it out for the real garbage vs recycling. and washed our hands five times.
last week i asked the kids's doctor about G being pigeon toed. he said that many people that are pigeon toed go on to become successful athletes or dancers, that wearing braces and such don't actually change anything, so just keep on keeping on with her. i take her to the chiropractor for it, so we'll see. i seriously can't help but laugh at this series. for the record, she didn't trip because of her legs, she tripped from a bump in the sidewalk.

The tripping sequence is pretty fantastic! My brother was born pigeon toed and he had surgery early on and then some and he still has issues now. His doctor wished they would have just put him in braces!
I celebrated by spending the day outside NOT doing yard work. Just enjoying the splendor!
that was awesome!:)
That IS a fabulous sequence. Our good friend played ice hockey to help straighten out his little bowl-legged pigeon-toed self. The skates don't give much, and it helped a lot. Not to mention he's an excellent skater to boot! Something to try.
All of these are fantastic- LOVE the tripping sequence!
Let's see...for Earth Day...we watched a lot of TV, I attempted a nap (since you took all of my sleep! Darn you!) (ok, it's because something's up with Abbey and she was up FOUR TIMES the night before), and then we had an insane afternoon of Brownies-McDonalds (because hubs didn't get out of work until six, he's usually home at 5)-chiropractor-Cheer. But we recycle all of the time! And reuse stuff! And we're growing plants together up in the kids' rooms! So yesterday wasn't exactly typical...
Hugs!
I love your kids. I want every single one of them to come and live with me. You can visit whenever you want. The pics of G are priceless.

In celebration of earth day, I decided to spend the majority of my day here, on my mother earth. :P
