pools of reflection

image clickable

whenever i look into her eyes i see myself. they are deep, dark, pools of reflection shining back an image of whatever she gazes upon. beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

i've always wanted to capture this beautiful thing about her, but have never been able to. my camera never caught the light just right, the flash overwhelmed her eyes; i couldn't even capture it through pen or paint. but now... with a new camera and a new lens, i can finally show this beauty all on it's own. no tricky photo shop. just a happy baby with magic eyes.

i like her.

She is so cute. And looks just like you. I love the soft lighting in this shot, and you are right about a different camera and lens being able to make a difference!

Gorgeous photo, and such a beautiful child you have! I love the eyes...these are what my kid's eyes look like, too.

Ooooh, I like her too.
What a magical picture.
What lens did you get? I am in the market. Did you decide to buy new or used?

She is so gorgeous, just like you. I love those eyes. What kind of camera and lens did you get. I ask, because I'm wondering if my camera is capable of doing this, and I just don't know how to use it. Let me know.

I am going to jump in and ask what camera and lens you decided on. I am still trying to figure out what I want (so indecisive!!).

I like her too. Can I have her, too? I mean, I'm already planning on taking Freeman, so how about Harmony? OR, I know...I'll keep em all and you can come over and visit anytime!
