you are all a bright spot in my life. thank you for your calls, your comments, your e-cards, emails, cards, gifties, and other well-wishes. i spent my entire birthDAY visiting and giggling and feeling completely loved. so thank you all! i'm completely overwhelmed by your kindness.

the hubs had me for my birth-evening. we went to the cheesecake factory, which i must say was completely delish. they have WAY too many options on their menu though: the hubs had a loaded pizza. i had an enchilada type platter. if you go, you're better off sharing, even the hubs could only eat HALF of what they brought him. and just look at him, he's a LOT bigger than me! we don't normally share food... ever. ;-D the food and busy ambiance was worth the 30 minute wait. we ate out on the patio which led to many awesome people watching opportunities. and yes, there was cheesecake involved. let it be known that i do not like cheesecake, but i do appreciate a good truffle/mousse/chocolate/raspberry thang every so often.
