today's not starting off so well

.: i've worn a navy blue under-shirt all day long, thinking it was black
.: i thought i was halloweeny by wearing a burnt orange shirt on top of it
.: turns out i was just contrasting
.: i still haven't folded laundry from our trip
.: i'm hungry and normally have some chocolate milk as a midnight snack
.: but we're out of milk
.: and bread
.: and eggs
.: and the idea of going to the store on my birthday with four kids in tow isn't my idea of a present
.: the last time i went grocery shopping i earned 25 cents off my next twenty gallons of gas
.: since when did paying $3.379 make me feel like i won the lottery?

Happy birthday! Our gas is already over $4 per gallon out here. Crazy. I can't even imagine doing the grocery store with 4 kids. I think I've accomplished the impossible with 2. :) I hope you have a better day!
