SPC: #1 celebration-- cataloging my past celebrations

for all of december i saw a bunch of beautiful people participating in *december views* created by the amazing darlene. and since i was on a december blogging sabbatical of sorts i didn't participate. but as winter drones on i'm feeling the need to change things up a bit.

this is my most favoritist wall in my house. above the photo collage i also have our last name in big bold letters, with my favorite scripture over it (2 tim 4:12)

why yes, some of the frames are a little crooked... they just.won't.stay.straight! the pictures from our wedding are my fave. there's just something fantastic about seeing yourself so young, so in love... it somehow makes wiping poop off the floor worth every second of it.

i keep on posting this and then coming back. i just can't quite put it away.

something i've wanted to start doing on my blog is to acknowledge the miracles in my life, the blessings of god, the moments of magic. i think that i should start today.

.:it only took my kids 5 minutes to get themselves dressed today... compared with the HOUR that in normally takes, this was a.maz.ing

.:watching F in tumbling again. we've taken a few months off and he is ECSTATIC to be back.

.:having my neice, anya, recover extremely quickly from her surgery on monday. she now is back to crawling and playing after a procedure that will heal her grade 5 bladder reflux.

.:having my SIL here at the house. having someone to chat with, clean with, and share the kids with is always wonderful. plus she spoils and loves my kids more than anyone i know. they need that kind of unconditional love.
