September 19, 2007 at 9:29 AM e has wanted to donate her hair to locks of love for quite awhile now because she has an auntie with cancer, but she has always chickened out when it came to actually cutting her tresses. but the girl will not let me touch her hair, so it always just hangs. so i'd had enough and fortunately she was actually excited this week. here's the last shot before the cut.
doesn't she look like she's older now? like maybe she does belong in school...
i also got my hair trimmed and dyed. i haven't gone dark for almost 4 years. but i'm really loving it this time:

Your daughter looks absolutely beautiful! She is going to be a heartbreaker! Watch out!
OMG, she's gorgeous. But, then again, so are you, even up close! But that darlin' girl? Good-hearted one you're raising.
You both look wonderful!!!
She looks so cute!! You look great too.
You are both beautiful!
What a sweet hearted daughter to want to do that. You both look great!
I *LOVE* your hair! E definately looks older. I'm sorry kindergarten isn't working out for her. I know you really wanted to homeschool her in the first place ... You are the only one who knows what's best for your little family - which is so cute, by the way. :)

e looks unbelievably cute with the new 'do. and you, hot mama, look beautiful.
love it!
E looks even more mischevious with short hair. . .
I am a lurker. But I just wanted to comment on your daughter. She must be a thoughtful little girl to want to do such a selfless thing for someone she will most likely never know. My 7 year old little girl has been growing her hair out for locks of love as well. Not too much longer to go! BTW, your hair looks beautiful!
she is so gorgeous and what a wonderful thing to do, makes my heart smile ~ you are such a fantastic momma to be raising such a giving girl ...
