M.O.M. day 3

my MOM moment today was very small as it was a very busy day. but today i taught my kids the art of eating mindfully. usually when my kids eat ANY type of treat they get so excited that their hands shake and they stuff ALL of it in their mouths at once; to the point that with every chew a tiny piece momentarily escapes their little lips. we don't eat a lot of treats around here... obviously. so today i gave all of us 5 gummi bears each and taught them to eat them one at a time with their little eyes pinched shut. as i hid (i needed a moment right then) in order to do the same i savored the moment, feeling the flavors explode in my mouth. the cutest was F, who pretends to shut his eyes, but really he's just squinting so as to not miss out on anything. silly boy.

Ahhhh....Zen and the art of gummi-bears.
Happy Birthday and kudos to you for making some time for you!
Good luck with that!!
Your kids are absolutely gorgeous and they always look so happy and content. That right there, is the proof in the pudding! You are a fantastic mom.
And people are just wierd when they make comments like that.
Next time, just say that it's getting harder and harder to fit them all in the trailer, but when their "daddies" get out of prison, you're going to ALL move to a new house! Ha!
The camera ROCKS!!
