by way of introduction, i don't capitilize, my life typically doesn't have the time for it. as i sit here pondering what to write, my 13 week old fetus leaps a happy leap, reminding me of it's existence. in the background i hear the song and dance, literally, of my almost 5 year old teaching my 1 year the intricacies of dancing to "the white stripes." my 3 year is still thankfully naping, a respite that should last a few more moments. he is always bouncing, so right now he's unfortunately just recharging those batteries. he is my imaginative child, always playing with his sisters in character form. he also memorizes every movie line or song lyric.

every spare countertop of my house is covered, that is my doing. i used to think that i was organized, now i just laugh at the thought. my kids do have their mess, all of the couch cushions are strategically placed through out my living room; the diaper bag is unloaded' books, coloring pages, and the scraps of art projects are strewn everywhere. but the piles on my countertop... that's all mine. in fact i even have little plastic organizational drawers sitting right next to me, empty...i just don't know where to start. when i go to make dinner, i have to clean the kitchen first. laundry was never getting folded, so my husband (the genius) bought me SIX small hampers so that i could at least seperate all of our clothes. i love that man! now, when my kids get dressed they just go to their basket and get out the freshest from the dryer.

oh well, i think it's time to go dance with my girls.
